The parallel energy consumption control scheme is adopted. When the voltage of the battery pack reaches the set value, the control unit will automatically switch to work, and the excess electric energy will be consumed on the high-power resistor that comes with the machine, and only part of the safe current will be kept for the battery pack. Charging, after the battery is fully charged, it will automatically maintain the floating charge state. Even if the battery is falsely connected or open-circuited, it will not cause the wind turbine to run away, and it will not cause accidents such as burning the inverter due to the voltage increase.
The controller adopts PWM step less unloading method to control the fan to intelligently charge the battery. When the electrical energy generated by the wind turbine exceeds the storage capacity of the battery, the control system must consume the excess energy. A good control method is to use PWM (pulse width modulation) for step less unloading, that is, thousands of levels of unloading can be achieved. Therefore, in the case of normal unloading, it can ensure that the battery voltage is always stable at the floating charge voltage point, and only the excess electric energy is released to unloading.
